Shipping and Returns

- Due to the handmade nature of our items as well as hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please don't hesitate to message with any questions or concerns about your order and we'll work together to make it right.

- You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt Monday-Friday.

- Shipping mishaps happen. If it's our fault, we will gladly make it right. However, Bliss by Mel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business, and if USPS says your item was delivered, we are unable to replace it.
