Shipping and Returns
- Due to the handmade nature of our items as well as hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. To process a return, the damage will need to be inspected and verified. Once approved, a refund will be issued. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage to begin the process.
We do not accept returns based on the size of the item appearing smaller or larger than expected. Approximate measurements are clearly listed in each product description—please read them carefully before placing your order.

- You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt Monday-Friday.
- Shipping mishaps happen. If it's our fault, we will gladly make it right. However, Bliss by Mel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business, and if USPS says your item was delivered, we are unable to replace it.
